Steel Levigator
These levigators are custom made from 1 3/4-inch thick, solid steel. The steel is precision ground to a perfectly flat and completely smooth surface. The weight of the thick, solid steel helps quickly grain and level litho stones. Five 1-inch holes are then added to the levigator's surface. These holes allow the stone and levigator to retain water and carborundum grit during the graining process. Because the levigator and stone are more lubricated, the levigator will be easier to turn and produce more even litho stone leveling and image reduction. This item is a Special Order item
